I’m so relieved to have found this dentist. I get extremely nervous with dental visits and always worry about having a bad experience after my previous dentist, which unfortunately wasn’t great. As a small business owner, my time is very limited, and I used to wait 45 minutes or longer at my last dentist.
This office is completely different — they don’t overbook, and the longest I’ve waited is about 15 minutes. The dentist takes the time to explain everything in detail: the process, pain level, and what to expect, which I truly appreciate.

I have been going to this dentistry for years now, and every time Dr. Do and the others treated me well. Appointments are honored so no suddenly shifting schedules around or long waits in the lounge before being seen. The staff on any given day were always attentive to discomfort and had me in and out in quick order but without poorly rushing. If anything, the slightest nick pick I’d have is striking a conversation with me while multiple implements were going into my mouth haha. For the times I needed to reschedule or had to come in due to a missing bracket or poking wire they were readily available and open to helping.
