Thankful! Took my 3 yr old foster daughter in for some TLC on her matted hair. I didn't catch the name of the stylist but she was patient, kind & knew exactly how to get the mats out. There were 2 other stylists in there, they all moved quickly, which was nice. So grateful for our stylist's expertise, reasonable prices, and for opening before most salons around town!

BEWARE I was forced to pay $406. This review is based on my most recent experience. Let me start off by saying I never had a bad experience before yesterday. I used to bring my mom to get her hair dye for only $45 for MEDIUM hair length.The staff is always friendly and accommodating. But yesterday was a different story. I brought in my 2 KIDS. My 9yr old and my 10 yr old to get a TRIM (not a cut) and their hair dye light pink. Staff advised the pink my kids wanted was too light and was not going to be possible to do and to choose another pink tone. No problem we did. I was very excited to see the end results but the kids ended up with a PURPLE tone instead of the pink...read full review
