Can’t recommend enough, money well spent! I took my tween daughter here for local cryotherapy for tendinitis. Patrice was bubbly, funny and really cared about our experience and filled with knowledge. I’ll look forward to the next time we go back.
I have tried another local cryo centre which doesn’t come close for service, equipment and staff.
I am so happy I found this hidden gem for recovery, they offer almost everything, no need to go to different places, Patrice runs a professional clean facilitythat has it all under one roof Whether you're an athlete who needs to work on sore muscles, or just trying to improve your health, this is the place to go.
I can’t say enough good things about the services my family and I receive! My teenage daughter, who has a knee injury, has been seeing Patrice for cryotherapy, and the experience has been exceptional. She is incredibly personable and goes above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed during every session. Her professionalism and warmth truly set her apart.
