We made an online appointment for my mother to get a haircut. She has advanced dementia, so she moves very slowly and does not communicate well. We were greeted by your friendly staff and waited only minutes before our stylist, Tay took us back to her chair. Tay was so kind and accommodating, my mother felt very safe and at ease with getting her hair cut. Tay did an amazing job on her hair, we were so happy to see my mom look like herself again.
