I called around and just got the run around until I called Dino. He personally picked up, and I gave him the situation which was on a late Friday afternoon and trying to get someone before the weekend for my tenant who had no hot water was crucial. Dino and his team pulled through and not only gave a great rate, but did a thorough job, and I was impressed with his services and going above and beyond of what was needed.
