Awesome company! I made a call on Thursday because my AC unit was acting up and they sent a tech out to me within 30 mins. The technician (Gee) showed up and showed up that our compressor was dead which was to be expected as our AC unit was ancient. We bought a brand new unit and they came out that Saturday and installed it in a few hours. Great company, fast, reliable and honest. Thank you again! Chris Novitt
We've have using Family Plumbing for years and we would use no one else. In February our heater wouldn't start and Doug Brewer was able to repair it quickly. He showed up on time, communicated the issue clearly and had us up and running in no time. Recently Family Plumbing called to remind us of getting our AC looked at before summer and Doug Brewer was the technician that came out and again he was on time and inspected the unit quickly. A few years back our tankless water heater failed due to age and when we called Family Plumbing they sent technician Darrell Brown and he was able to dive in quickly. The previous installation, NOT Family Plumbing, was done incorrectly and not to code. Darrell Brown showed us what all the issues were, gave us several options for what could be done, and once we decided he had us with hot water in no time. Again, like Drew Brewer, he was quick, efficient, and clearly communicated. Because we believe in this company so much when my wife's boss had cracked pipes in his foundation he asked her for recommendation. He had already got estimates from two other plumbing company's, one for 21k another for 28, and they took care of the job for 8k, showed up on time, and my wife's boss said he couldn't be more satisfied. This week my father in laws heater failed, and had a gas leak which was red tagged by SDGE. We called Family Plumbing and were lucky to have Darrell Brown sent out to address the issue. During the repair he found some ancient cracked cast iron piping. He took several photos of issues and like before gave us our options. Once we decided what we wanted he hopped right on it and communicated every step of the way. I don't write reviews very often, maybe 3 or 4, but after this last repair I wanted to make sure Dough Brewer and Darrell Brown knew how much I appreciated their efforts that Family Plumbing knew the value of these technicians.
