We got a fair estimate on two trees that needed to be trimmed .The guys who came showed up on time.They did a great job and tried not to damage my yard full of plants . They did a great job of cleaning up. I don't see how we could take a chance on using someone else.
I've used Elm Tree Care on two occasions and the quality of their work has been excellent. We had a large Mexican Palm tree flanking the wooden fence that separates our property from our neighbor's and we wanted it removed along with a trimming for several smaller palm trees. Tony was friendly and responsive when communicating about estimates and scheduling. I sent them pictures and they got back to me quickly with a factored military discount of 5%. They scheduled me with an expected time of arrival. On the day of the job, they came over right on time. The service workers were professional, diligent, and efficient. They checked in at the start of the job, did a great job at take down of the palm tree with no damage to the fence, trimmed the smaller palm trees and left them looking clean, did a great job at cleaning up debris after on both my side and my neighbor's, and checked in again at the end. Invoice was sent over email/ text. Overall it was a great experience and I would hire them again in the future.
Had a wonderful experience with Elm Tree Care. Called them up, got a quick quote, scheduled a time for them to do the work immediately and they arrived right on time. Tony was great to work with in scheduling and getting a quote. Once they got here, the work was completed quickly and professionally, they cleaned up the debris and hauled it off and now the trees and bushes look great! The before and after photos are a night and day difference.
