I called Joel about a heater he had for sale on OfferUp. I told him about the issues I was having with my heater. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to give me a helpful tip. He told me to take the bottom bolt of the manifold off and if it didn't leak most likely it wasn't my heat exchanger that was bad and still worth fixing. I was able to fix my heater by replacing the fenwal and stripping a few wires and replacing the connectors. He could have easily told me what other technicians were telling me to just make a sale for a new heater. I would not hesitate to use his services if needed in the future.

I needed to reduce my monthly electricity bill for an 18,000 gallon pool. The owner Joel jumped in to help, and as everyone's situation is unique, after listening to my thoughts and requirements for future pool upgrade considerations, Joel was able to design-in, remove the old, rebuild, and reinstall a new pool variable speed motor that has already cut my monthly pool pump electricity bill in HALF and will be compatible with future projects!He was very respectful, honest, and also has good advice, tips and tricks if you hang out to watch and learn. I will be working with him on future pool improvement projects.

I'll add my 5 Star review to all the others. This was my first experience with Joel. I had a problem with air getting into my pump and causing pressure surging. Even though I was a new customer, Joel came right over to evaluate. I was impressed that he tows a trailer with EVERYTHING you could possible need to make a repair. He quickly found a faulty O-Ring in a valve assembly and corrected the problem. A few weeks later, I had a different problem with my Jandy controller. Joel called me on the phone and talked me through adjusting the program myself. Really appreciated that!Very highly recommend Joel and "Done Right Pool and Spa!"
