I was in a pinch last week and needed a cleaning on very short notice. The gal I had been using was already booked so I went to google and called over 12 cleaning companies, and to my surprise, only THREE had called me back! Two of those companies were already booked and the third was Lucy with Casa Bella. She called me back within the hour and wanted to come over that night to see the home in person to give an accurate estimate. Her crew came the next day (which I believe is her family) and totally exceeded my expectations! In addition to the regular expected cleaning they also vacuumed the couch, fluffed pillows and did those small extra things that make a big difference. The cleaning products they used smelled nice and mild and I have not found one area that was overlooked! My husband even went around and looked at the areas that are often missed by other companies because we just couldn't believe it! We are so happy with their service, attention to detail and communication and will definitely be calling them again! Thank you Lucy for saving me last minute, next time I'll book ahead of time, Promise! �
