Therapy here is 5 stars! Front desk staff Melinda and Maria are very professional and provide excellent communication with parents - I always get a call back within a timely matter, text me as soon as a make up date is available and let me know if changes need to be made to the schedule (if therapist calls out). Lobby is clean and inside therapy areas are impeccably clean. Facility is bigger than what we are used to which is better because they provide a lot of options. My son comes in for OT with Kyli and she's amazing with him! Kyli is the best OT we've had encountered thus far. She does very well with him. One of the best places! My son did physical therapy and will be graduating occupational therapy. Everyone is so friendly and kind. They helped me son out in so many ways. We are so sad about his graduation and ending our services but happy because my son got the best care. Definitely would recommend.
I love a lot of things about Carrico. First and foremost, our PT Jamie, is great. My son does not have the easiest temperament and I appreciate her dedication in trying to get him to progress. I also love how tech savvy the office is. You can text them with questions, which is a super easy way to communicate. I like how they keep credit cards in the system so they can automatically bill you when you arrive, no need to pull out the card each time. The facility is beautiful, and everyone I have come into contact with is nice. Glad my son receives care from them!
