Jason went above and beyond to help resolve my rodent problem. I had a Mom Rat take up homesteading with 8 Babies in my yard. He inspected the spot and placed the normal poison boxes around the area. He did a general inspection of my home andsaid he would check back to ensure the boxes did the job. But to my surprise Jason returned an hour or so later with a solution. Jason showed so much empathy for me being uneasy with the family living outside my back door. I never expected him to take so much care in solving the problem so quick. Thank you so much!!! These guys are the best. Initially I was using a very well known large company. Their prices went up and up and their products they’d use were getting less and less effective. I switched to BODS and couldn’t be happier. They don’t scrimp on products and know the best ones to use. If you notice any problems, they come right back out to fix/reapply as needed. I used to have rodent activity and they handled that as well as my routine bug control. They are great communicators and I always know when to expect them, what they found, when they are finished, and what to expect results wise. My price hasn’t had any drastic changes and the service has remained top notch. I definitely recommend them over any large company. You get personalized friendly service, and don’t get lost in the shuffle.
