Joe from Black’s Towing responded to our AAA call because our 2018 RAV4 Hybrid failed to start at the parking lot near the Dollar Tree Store on Clinton Kieth in Murrieta. He was prompt and knew exactly what to do but more then that. He was very friendly and explained every step. That was important as I knew nothing about my car. He explained that although the 12V battery was under the mat in the back of the car near the spare he could access it electrically from under the hood. He determined that indeed the battery was nearly dead. Normally he could sold us a battery but he didn’t have our model. We had a toy hauler with a broken axle. I have AAA RV +200 mile tow option. When I called AAA they said that their card only covered $500 per tow and that I would be responsible for $3500 to be towed 123 miles home. I was so mad that I have been paying extra thinking my Rv was covered. I called Black’s and they drove all the was to the Grapevine and towed me back charging less than 1/3 what the thieves at AAA wanted to charge me. Thanks to lack’s for looking out for the local residents.
