Steve and Chet - what a team! We used them twice recently during our home buying process. First time, by the time we reached the property (on time), Steve had already found a lot of issues and recommended that we bail out as there were safety issues and the construction was sub-standard. The way he explained to us, we were very sure and comfortable taking his recommendation. *****Steve and his TEAM are Professional/kind and committed to helping Real Estate Agents in the area with inspections! I have called on them many times, Steve always answers his phone/text within minutes! And, if he is busy he always gets back to me, I have asked him countless questions/and he is strong in giving his best advice. I can schedule with him at anytime, and he works as best as he can with our schedules. His Team Members are as well always available by phone / text for any issues or questions I have had. Our experience with Archive Property Inspection was nothing short of amazing! Chet G arrived to do our inspection, and he was very thorough. He located any and all little areas in the home that we are purchasing, and gave great advice throughout the process. He was honest, the pricing was fair, and you just can't even put a price on fantastic customer service! If you are looking to purchase a home & need an inspection, I would highly recommend Steve's team at AIP hands down! We truly appreciate the time that Chet, our inspector took, and the detailed report that he provided for us! Would absolutely give 10 stars if I could!
