Today was my daughter's first visit with Dr. Phillips and we were both so impressed. Front desk was so friendly, organized and welcoming. The medical assistant was very thorough and outgoing. She made us feel very comfortable. She was also an athlete, so she connected well with my daughter and knew exactly the questions to ask. Our wait time was minimal. When Dr. Phillips came in, he introduced himself and he shook both of our hands (which I so appreciate). He went over a few different treatment options and was very attentive to what my daughter had to say. Our check out process was easy and quick. So glad we found a new office for her. Thank you Advanced Dermatology!

I've been to this place twice and my husband went once. The front desk person Ophelia is really great, and I had a great experience with Dr Diaz, covering for Dr. Phillips, who I hear is also terrific. It was a breeze to get my pre-cancerous facial spots "frozen" and all the women I interacted with there were EXTREMELY friendly and personable. They were so on-schedule that I got called in even before finishing my lobby paperwork, which wasn't even overwhelming. I was so impressed by their efficiency. NOTE: the first time I went I saw an older gentleman who was no nonsense and had very little bedside manner, so to speak, but they say he's "old school good" if that's your cup of tea; just a "cut to the chase" kind of thing. So = they offer lots of choices there. I'm glad I found them!
