Brandon is hands down the plumber you want to call—especially in a crisis. He completely saved me during a party when we had a challenging drain issue, and he handled it with total professionalism from start to finish. Brandon was polite, respectful, and incredibly honest about what was going on and what needed to be done.
He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained things clearly without any pressure, and worked through a tricky problem until it was fully resolved. The quality of his work was excellent, and his demeanor made a stressful situation feel manageable.

Made the mistake of trying to fix some plumbing on New Years Eve before we were having a party. Got stuck with a leak in which I had to shut the water off to the house. David Diaz was able to get out within an hour after trying three different plumbers who couldn't get out for a few days. It was an easy fix, but he was able to get me up and running so I could get the water back on before we had people showing up. I appreciate them helping out during a holiday.
I've used this company on multiple occasions. They are quick to arrive and usually at the front end of the arrival window given. The work is clean and priced fair. A handful of times the plumber has given me advice on things I could probably do myself to save money if I wanted and even explained how. Very very honest and trustworthy. You're not going to get convinced into stuff you don't need.
