I called Gold Electric in early April because part of my solar array wasn't working. We set an appointment for April 18. The following week, technicians from Gold checked the system and told me I would need a new inverter. after numerous unreturned phone calls over several weeks, on May 24, I finally got an estimate of $2900 for the repair. I gave the go ahead. Another month past with no response to my calls. When I finally reached the person in charge, I was told that the inverters were out of stock but would be available by mid July. They installed a generator for me. They did a good job working with the gas company too and charged a fair price. Very happy with the guys here.
