During an internet search, I ran across an instrument on West Valley's used/consignment page that I had been looking for. I am from out of state but I checked with the store to see if they would be willing to ship it to me. I communicated with Craig by email and phone to purchase the instrument and have it shipped. It was a great experience! Craig was very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend doing business with this store. I wish they were in my back yard!

I love coming here and have been a return customer for possibly 3 years now. They always have a large selection of books to choose from. Without hesitation you can be allowed to play through some piano books in one of the practice rooms and see which books are best suited to your abilities. Above all else, everyone who has been working here consistently demonstrate top tier customer service. Their knowledge of books, where to find them, among so many other excellent qualities keeps me proud to keep coming back every chance I get to find new books to study or play through. I will never tire coming here and am grateful to have such a warm and welcoming place where I am most happy. Thank you West Valley Music for continually providing such wonderful memories.

I have come here to purchase piano books for my daughter's lessons. Good service, good prices, and % of proceeds go to your school of choice. Highly recommended. I love supporting local businesses.
