We came out from the Central Valley, To look for a mouth piece for my son, Craig went and Bob and beyond What Pressure To Work With him, Hands down has the best customer service I’ve ever experience of a Music store, He really cares about what he does. He’s very passionate about Music and Trumpet, He even gave my son a lesson On how to improve his range, He has a huge selection at a very good price. If you’re in the Market for a mouth piece. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! We came here looking for a violin for our student deciding whether to buy or rent. The staff explained both sides and renting made more sense and so we did! I definitely recommend West Valley Music.
I love West Valley Music. It’s been a favorite haunt of mine since it first opened in Mountain View. I’ve purchased several instruments from them and put others on consignment. Their repair person is also exceptional. Fair prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff including the owner!! I’ve also been taking vocal lessons there for several years.
