They're kind, communicative, and their prices are affordable — and the work is flawless. There's nowhere else I'd even consider going for alterations now.
Very clean, organized and friendly business. If you need alterations for pants length and dresses the seamstress does it all. Prices are reasonable and the store showcases some of their work. The green wall, the lettering, shop logo and overall aesthete is very well thought out and of good quality.
The owner is honest in telling you what can be done with the clothing item and different techniques that can be applied. They have a small changing room to try on your altered clothes. I can’t say enough about how great Thread Theory is! They did my wedding dress alterations, totally reconstructed my mom’s wedding dress for my pre-wedding events, did a lovely hemming job on a formal dress for a friend’s wedding, and have worked wonders with my husband’s jeans and suits. Please give her all your business, it’s worth it.
