I went into the store as a walk-in. I had some pants and a skirt to be hemmed/taken in. I also had a coat I wanted hemmed but the woman said it would require a certain technique that will be expensive. I appreciate her honesty and her patience as I figured out what I needed. And my clothes came out perfect t and ready within a week. I will definitely be returning when I need something tailored.
