About Splendid Massage

Splendid Feet, a local massage parlor, has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some customers praise the excellent massages provided by the skilled and attentive therapists, such as Jerry and Jack, others have been disappointed with the quality of service they received.

The business is noted for its wider massage beds, which some customers found to be an improvement. However, one customer reported a less than satisfactory experience, citing issues such as the lack of lotion or oil used during the massage, the absence of hot stones as advertised, and the use of a towel instead of bare hands for the foot massage.

Despite these inconsistencies, the business seems to have made strides in improving its overall service, with one customer noting that it is "much more consistent than they used to be." The owner, Michelle, is described as kind and welcoming, contributing to the overall positive experience for some customers.

5 stars! My hot stone massage with this masseuse was absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly professional and knows exactly how to target tense areas. I carry so much tension in my shoulders and neck, and her skilled techniques left those areas fully relaxed. I felt mild soreness the first night after the session, which is totally normal, but my tightness improved drastically the following days. Will definitely book another session soon and highly recommend her to anyone with upper body strain!

I’ve been going to this place close to my home for a few years. You need to trial a few of the massage therapists and identify someone that works for your needs. I use 1-2 therapists regularly. This place is no frills, easy to book, value for money and responsive.
