I recently worked with US Hardwood and Carpet in San Jose and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
Ashley was phenomenal!!! Her communication was clear, timely, and proactive. She worked tirelessly to help us get exactly the product we needed at a very competitive price, and she managed to have everything delivered incredibly fast.
At the showroom, Marshall and Nathalie were equally impressive. They guided us through different options without the usual generic “this is very popular” pitch. Instead, they offered genuine, thoughtful advice that helped us make the right choice for our home.

Quality of floor I bought from US Hardwood and Carpet Inc is not guaranteed at all. I chose the premium brand one based on the recommendation of Alexis. However, when we received floors, there were lots of holes, chips, and odd color variation which I couldn't find from the sample. Because of poor quality of floor, our project is being stuck not making any progress. Our damage is huge not just cost of floors I paid. This is currently I am dealing with Alexis to resolve. I will update how this has been resolved. I really would like to see a professional resolution and compensation.... read full review
