Quality of floor I bought from US Hardwood and Carpet Inc is not guaranteed at all. I chose the premium brand one based on the recommendation of Alexis. However, when we received floors, there were lots of holes, chips, and odd color variation which I couldn't find from the sample. Because of poor quality of floor, our project is being stuck not making any progress. Our damage is huge not just cost of floors I paid. This is currently I am dealing with Alexis to resolve.
