I had Ramos come out for a pre-purchase inspection and he was able to let me know how many things would need to be replaced, so in the end I didn't buy a car that would require expensive repairs. Super helpful and kind! Immediately asked the seller for the title and his ID, which is something I was nervous to ask about, so I was very grateful.

My minivan broke down in the parking lot of CVS, I found Ramos online and gave him a call. He arrived in 45 min and had my car running in half an hour! He was very professional and sincere. His rate is very reasonable. It would have taken a whole day and a tow just to get it to an auto shop to fix. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone.
