This therapy is truly impressive. It's a natural mix of tension relief (something like deep tissue massage) and strength training. It's hard to describe, but very intuitive. I highly recommend you give it a shot.

Michael Takatsuno does unbelievable body work. It's similar to sports massage, but it's the best one I've ever gotten. He keeps my body in good shape, in spite of the stupid things I do to it in the name of fitness. He's nursed me through knee injuries, back spasms, you name it. But be forewarned-it can be really, really painful. But it's worth it, if you have chronic injuries that don't get well through other treatments.
