My son and I tried to switch out a Flushmate replacement for the toilet in our condo. We tried to turn off the water from the wall, but were unsuccessful. We thought that we could replace the unit quickly, but there were many roadblocks in our way (including the company sending us a broken part. We finally got it in the toilet the hooked up the water, only to find out that the new unit leaked. In desperation, we decided to call a plumber. I called Justin yesterday as two of my bathrooms suddenly had low to no flow. He was busy and could not come but he suggested a few things I could try by myself. He worked with me over text to help me identify the problem and fix it. 5* service. Highly recommend him.
