Mountain View Garden Center has a lot of different hardscape material. If you pay cash, you can get a discount as you don’t have to pay the extra credit charge/fees. You can purchase large cubic yards of mulch and have it delivered for an extra fee - which is worth it as they load and unload material and have their own trucks.
We purchased playground grade mulch fill which is very soft and “splinter free.” The kids really love it and it is so fine it reminds me of hamster bedding. Another plus is the cedar mulch they have which repels insects and fleas due to the fresh cedar smell. These folks have always been kind to me. In fact my gardener and I were questioning whether I got 25 cubic yards. Well, I took a photo and ran it thru Gemini. They were right on! ( I had already put some out that day) Thank you Edgar!
