I recently completed shockwave therapy (7 treatments over as many weeks) with Dr. Lindell for my right knee and left shoulder. I found the treatment to be extremely effective. I had chronic pain in the knee for several months, it cleared up completely after 5 treatments, and my knee remains pain free despite the abuse I put it through. The shoulder was in worse shape than the knee, but also improved significantly. A cortisone shot I had in December took me from an 7 on an annoyance scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst to a 3 or 4 by January, but it was still nagging me. I had suffered from ankle pain for years, had been to physical therapy received PRP treatment from a sport medicine doctor which helped a lot, but never to the point that I was pain free. It was frustrating and expensive because I had very limited choice in footwear. I went Dr. Lindell and she treated my ankles with extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT), it was l like magic! After a handful of treatments, I could do my daily walks with no pain, my ankles didn't throb at night, and recently I was able to attend a black tie wedding in cute shoes without pain!

I had been in pain for several weeks following some volunteer trail-clearing work I had done that involved using a heavy hoe to move rocks, dirt and roots. After you had me lie on the back-massaging machine and then adjusted my upper spine and neck, the pain immediately improved and then cleared up within a few days. It was a real relief and I can sleep more comfortably at night now as well. Thank you!
