Kim has been our go-to alteration and cleaners since moving to the Bay. She and her staff are always friendly, attentive, and most importantly, have outstanding quality of work. We take all our clothes to be cleaned and altered to her, and she reviews every request piece by piece and takes down every measurement for us. She worked on both my wedding dress and my husband's tuxedo and dinner jacket, and we can't be more pleased with how flawlessly everything turned out and how quickly she got things back to us. Of course, after the wedding, all our outfits went back to her to be cleaned! I always trust her with our garments. She's earned a customer for life!
