Kavanagh construction is simply the best! We completed a two-story remodel with this team while living in the home. We met weekly with the team with organized meetings. Not only was the work detailed and of the highest quality, but the team kept the living area clean and well protected so we were comfortable through the process. It is clear that Patrick Kavanagh has priceless expertise developed over time. Brian Kavanagh maintained tight organization of the project. Both are excellent resources for the most up-to-date information on construction, lead their teams with respect and produced an outstanding project result!

Kavanagh construction did our full house remodel ending mid June 2024. All I can say is that they did an amazing job and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Patrick and Brian met with us weekly, were always on time and super responsive at all times. The subs they work with were excellent craftsmen, respectful, and kept things clean. If we ever do a remodel again it will only be with them.

Kavanaugh did an excellent job on my recent Velux skylights installation. They responded rapidly, their quote came in significantly under other contractors who came by to look at my property, and they managed everything from roof repair, drywall, skylights purchase, and painting.
