This was my first time at Great Clips, and it exceeded my expectations! Mary was wonderful: efficient, professional, and lovely to speak with. It was such a an easy and pleasant process and I will definitely be back.

Being able to check-in online is incredibly convenient and saves a lot of time if you have foresight. Jenny is excellent (5 stars) and has been cutting my husband's hair for years. The older woman who cuts my daughter's hair does a good job; my kid does not need a precision cut that takes an hour and costs at least twice as much money. For a quick and easy cut, Great Clips fits the bill.

Convenience location, but unknown what kinds of staffs that are here now. The manager (Daniel) that I like left this location and is at another salon in Mountain View. I will take my business there.
