The physical therapy and occupational therapy are the best, very caring and very knowledgeable. The team is extremely organized and will do their best to accommodate you, making you feel safe, cared for, and wanted. They help patients achieve their highest possible functioning level and return to a lower level of care.
I've been to several nursing homes over the years in Hayward, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Sacramento, and Grant Cuesta in Mountain View is the best care that I haveever received. The director Ryan really cares about people and is extremely organized. The CNA's care about people, and the nurses care about you even the kitchen will do their best to accommodate you. It's clean and has an overall good vibe which is great for healing. My brother passed away while I was there and they did everything they could to give me an emergency discharge so I could be with my family and they organized the discharge papers immediately and I was able to leave with all my medication that was left...read full review
Grand Cuesta sub acute rehab in Mountain View changed our view or feeling towards rehabs, my husband had to change 3 before feeling secure & happy after 10 months of suffering with leg amputation, even though is not a long stay but in this rehab we were welcomed, cared, with loving people who are working there, doctors, nurses, CNA, kitchen, servers, social workers, case Maneger, admission’s, therapist, Executive, director, every single individual who works there makes you feel wanted & get you well to go home.

My father spent 3 weeks here for rehab due to a broken hip and his recovery was quick and the staff were great to work with.
I was always kept in the loop with his care and updates were quick. They made the process easy and while I hope to never go back, I appreciate the team’s willingness to assist me and my father.
