10/10. first time client; came in & was helped immediately by Ethan. He was very kind & engaging. Dr. Oanh Kha was so wonderful!! she took the time to explain & teach me new things about contact lenses and their materials. she pulled up google to show me pictures and research & i learned a lot! she had such kind, knowledgeable energy. This will be my one & only Optometry office going forward. I’ve been a patient for 10 years and the service is consistently great. Dr. Kha is very knowledgeable, friendly, and light hearted. The staff always go the extra mile and everyone is so patient as I usually have a hard time deciding which frames to purchase (they have a great selection). Recently they offered a retinal scan to check for macular degeneration which is awesome. They are a busy office but always fit me in if I have an emergency. Can’t say enough good things about Eye City! ?

The location is tight but all the staff were great. I was see right on time with no waiting!! The assistant ran the first two test, followed by the exam by the doctor. It was a great experience and I will be returning for future exams.
