I came here for my first wax ever and have been coming for a few years since! The front desk girls here are really nice and accommodating. The wax experience is always as expected - everyone I've had has been super kind, knowledgeable and down for yapping which is an added bonus. Quality is great, no complaints!
Entire staff but particularly Ms. Deboney was so kind, personable and considerate my entire visit. While getting my eyebrows waxed she checked in with me if what she was doing was matching my vision and also offered great input on my brow shape. Definitely coming back.
I had a great session with Monica I enjoyed her kind peaceful demeanor and the banter, it made the appointment go by fast and made me forget about any pain. She was gentle and efficient.
