Maddie, my main point of contact, is outstanding — she’s incredibly organized, makes sure every question and concern I raise is addressed, and communicates clearly and consistently. She goes beyond execution by offering creative solutions, and she does it all with efficiency and reliability. In short, I love working with her and wish all of my partners were as collaborative and effective. For me, a delighted client experience is one where communication is proactive and clear, projects move forward efficiently without unnecessary delays, and the quality of the work consistently exceeds expectations. I value partners who are collaborative and solution-oriented, who take ownership of the details, and who make me feel supported throughout the process. Speed is important, but never at the expense of quality — the ultimate delight is knowing I can trust the team to handle things with care, creativity, and reliability. Maddie worked hard to ensure that I was a delighted client. Maddie has been an absolute joy to work with, she is the kind of project manager every client dreams of. She’s not only highly organized and attentive to every detail, but she also takes the time to ‘teach me how to fish’ by showing me how to handle things myself in Shopify, which empowers me far beyond the scope of our meetings. Her positive, can-do attitude is contagious, and she always approaches challenges with creativity and optimism. I’m very happy with our experience working with Arctic Grey. The Design Team’s creativity has met our expectations, the Development Team has accurately and efficiently implemented the requirements, and the QA Team has done a great job identifying critical issues and bugs. The Management Team has coordinated everything smoothly, the weekly reports have been detailed and informative, and overall the project management process has been very effective. Communication has been clear and transparent throughout, the deliverables have met our initial expectations, and any changes to scope have been handled professionally. The team has shown strong expertise across the board, and we would absolutely consider working with Arctic Grey again in the future. I can’t thank Brooke enough for her hard work and patience with us—she is amazing. After a horrendous onboarding experience with Netsuite, we honestly didn’t believe a smooth onboarding was even possible. From Anthony to the team actually handling our work, it has been a really good project. It wasn’t easy, and I would have hated to try this on our own, that’s for sure. We did face some challenges on our side, with other projects going on and some staff changes, which caused us to drag our heels at times. That ended up being more of a pain point for Arctic Grey than for us, but it was frustrating for everyone involved. We also ran into a billing issue that was a little complicated—I think the buying experience could be clearer, although in our case PayPal was probably most of the issue. Looking ahead, I’d love to keep partnering with Arctic Grey long-term, maybe even in a consulting role, to ensure we’re always doing things well and right. Knowing we have a partner who understands our business and is there to help us be better is huge. On top of that, my colleagues only have wonderful things to say about Brooke—she’s truly top notch. At the moment, I don’t have specific suggestions for improvements or additional services, though I suspect there are areas we don’t know about yet where Arctic Grey could continue to guide us. Overall, I’m extremely grateful for their support, expertise, and partnership.

We hired Arctic grey for a full sale channel build out for our Shopify store, the team developed our site exactly to how we envisioned it! The response time to for our assigned PM was minutes, worked thru every issue or change we requested. They went above and beyond the contract and our site is amazing and the experience and knowledge at Arctic Grey surpassed our expectations! Thanks for everything!
