I have been struggling for months with shoulder pain. After one adjustment with Dr. Garrido, I had a significant reduction in my pain. It felt like a miracle! I immediately had increased mobility and a general sense of well-being that I had not experienced for months. After two more follow up appointments, my pain was gone. I am so grateful for the healing that I have experienced!
For those of you looking for a professional and competent massage therapist, I highly recommend Liza Ramirez. I went in yesterday afternoon experiencing vertigo with a back that was frozen. Liza loosened up the muscles and fascia - I left feeling much better and on my way to recovery. Liza has a good knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and is very intuitive in her use of pressure and in finding the right areas to work on to relieve pain.
So grateful for the knowledge and expertise Dr. Garrido brings. I always feel much better after my adjustments and take away a new piece of advice for improving quality of living. Thanks Valley Chiropractic!
