“I was lifting on my own for a few months but due to improper form while using my Tonal I caused injury to my wrists. I was told I could no longer lift and needed surgery. I received physical therapy instead and started feeling a little better. I wanted to lift again so I initially reached out to Julius to help with form correction and he has educated me on proper form and has came up with creative ways to do a particular exercise so I would not worsen my condition or reinjure myself any further. I have to say I was skeptical at first doing training virtually but Julius was able to correct my form and for the past few months I have been using my Tonal successfully without further injury. I continue to use Julius now for not only form correction but for personal training as well!“
