Katrina is a fantastic instructor, she has helped me strengthen an old injury and has guided me in transforming my body into a much more fit and flexible version of myself. Pilates is the best investment I’ve ever made in my health and I recommend it to ANYONE and EVERYONE.
I have recently, within the previous 6 months, begun a steady Pilates program under the guidance and supervision of Katrina CHARMATZ, at ReBalance Pilates Studio. What a life changer this has been! Katrina is extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the human anatomy. If I am experiencing any particular aches and pains, she has a specific plan and directed exercise &/or stretch to alleviate the discomfort. Her studio is comfortable, and attractive, with all of the necessary Pilates equipment, providing an excellent opportunity to strengthen my core, and regain a more fit physique.Mary R.
Katrina taught me how to keep my 50-60 something body toned and aligned with a strong core so I could compete at a high level of show jumping. She supported me with a physical therapy approach when I was injured so that I could return to the saddle better than before! My body awareness became so acute that in the middle of competition I was able to access my obliques in a way that helped my horse adjust his stride in order to win the class!
