Both gyms are disgustingly dirty the smell of dirty feet is constant . The walls in the pool house are black. They both need a good regular deep cleaning. Cold showers are really an issue to.

Where do I even start?? The place is DIRTY. The staff doesn't clean with detergent chemicals at all. They don't clean the locker rooms, the machines are sometimes foul. The customer service is absolutely absurd. The prices are extremely high and unjust. They make it hard to cancel the membership. If you dont they send you to collections and sneaky cause they won't tell you about the collections charges. Triple check that it's canceled because they will blame incompetent employees for not knowing how to cancel their own service l.!! This turned into a $2,488.51 GYM BILL for 3 months.× Beware ×

An absolute nightmare experience. I would steer you to ANY alternative.I signed up for a 3 month family pass and as a contractor for the DoD I was called away and didn't get to use their services.When I went back in to renew my membership I was told I was in collections for 182 dollars. Floored I asked why to be told that I was on recurring billing and didn't call in to cancel. When you work for the DoD the fine print of a gym membership isn't the first thing on your mind, so yes they may have been right but when I brought up I paid 300 dollars for a service I didn't use and that it was free money for the gym the front office girl Maria said " that makes absolutely no sense". There followed a back and forth that made me livid with the sheer unwillingness to see reason and she just kept saying that they were a business and needed to make money. Fair enough.I'm sure it will to those who read this WILL understand.She said they tried to contact me about it, when I told her I had NO communication about my membership and pressed for a date she said " sometime in September". but could not provide a specific date.I kept saying look I understand but from a decency point of view you made money off me for nothing, then kept charging me without contacting me to the point I was in collections is slimy at best for an outdated gym with old equipment charging entirely too much ( I paid half as much in San Diego for a gym with all the bells and whistles)I will never return to this gym, and will NOT recommend it to anyone.

Awesome place. I forgot my phone there and they were helpful with me getting it back. Facilities are amazing and so are the classes.

Since we are traveling, this gym offered us an excellent one-month rate with no sign-up fee. It is clean, well-kept, and a nice place to work out. They also have massages available and fitness classes to meet your needs! We look forward to working out in this gym every day!

We visited both Mountain Fitness locations in Mount Shasta, the staff at both were extremely friendly and helpful!We were stopping in for a day pass during our travels which was very convenient. We appreciate that they provide this service for travelers. We're on the road for extended periods so having a place to work out, use the jacuzzi, and shower is quite helpful.Some areas could use a little updating but we would highly recommend Mountain Fitness. Their rates seem very reasonable.
