Duane T. Brooks, OD is a kind and friendly optometry practice that treats patients with warmth and respect. The staff, including the receptionists and opticians, are helpful and dedicated to ensuring patients feel comfortable. Dr. Brooks is knowledgeable, informative, and takes the time to establish a connection with his patients. The practice is able to accommodate families and is dedicated to improving their vision.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such kindness. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and put me right at ease. Dr Brooks had me laughing and we had a good conversation. Then the nicest young lady helped me pick out my pretty glasses. What a great group of people.
Dr. Brooks is very informative and friendly ( not creepy) but he knows his stuff. All of the ladies in his office are very helpful and willing to spend as much time as needed for you to get the frames you really like
Took the whole entire family here for everyone’s eye exam. They were very nice and helpful people. Dr brook is great at what he does to help us with our vision! Thank you guys keep it up! We will be back
