I get my propane tanks filled here about once a week. Always good service. Cheapest place to buy propane and they have stamp cards which make it even cheaper.

Good friendly service from the Eugene, OR crew. 2 of my tanks needed visual recertification and they were efficient at taking care of it. I will make a note to schedule future visits on Thursdays, as that is their double punch card dayβthe accumulated punches add up quickly and lead to a free fill after every five. Thank you.

Wish I could give 0 stars. My husband and I have used this company for the last year after buying a new home. Christmas Eve we got a fill, and they charged us $1400; $9.99 a gallon. We called promptly that day and the next to verify this outrageous amount and confirmed with a representative that it should be around $3.49 a gallon and that we were over charged on the bill by their company. The representative stated that a change of their billing system caused this. The representative stated to us that she had fixed the amount on our account and to give it a few days to update. However, on 12/31 they automatically took the $1400 out of our bank account. Not only was this over charged, but the new system overrode our cap amount we had set for automatic payments removal. We called back promptly to request an immediate refund and asked why this wasn't fixed and why they took over our cap allowed. The representative stated the new system removed the cap, and couldn't explain why they didn't fix the charged amount as they stated they would. They tried to get us to agree to our "refund" of about $900 dollars as a prepay with them. We stated absolutely not and that we need that money for other important things such as mortgage, and asked for a confirmation email or tracking number for the check they will be sending for the difference.
Not only has it been about a week since then and we still haven't received the refund of our money, but they also DID NOT send any confirmation or tracking for the difference they owe us proving that they will be providing a check. My husband and I will continue to call until we get back the $900 they over charged us. This is ridiculous and the customer service has been atrocious. DO NOT use this company unless you want $900+ dollars removed from your bank as an overcharge that exceeds your cap amount set. We will be promptly finding a new propane provider. And they better provide our refund of $900 soon. π

Iβve had nothing but great experiences when I come into Blue Star Gas in Mt. Shasta. Iβm always greeted with a warm welcome. Chad is my go to at Blue Star. He always makes sure the myself or any customer is taking care of and is always so polite when I come in. I can always rely on Chad to provide excellent customer service.
