I participated in a woman’s only trial and I was incredibly impressed by the skill of Rachel and Anna—our instructors. They were articulate, kind, friendly, and ready to meet you where you are. Woody, the owner creates a warm community environment on this place that is truly special. It is rare to see such a high caliber of generosity and skill and I was grateful to get a small taste of what people who regularly attend get. No matter what your level, I am confident that you will find something here that will challenge you and people who will walk alongside you (if they don’t take you down first! Haha just a little jui jitsu joke there for ya) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was in Mount Shasta for my kids' spring break and was welcomed for both open mat and morning class at Base Camp. Very much appreciate Woody, Charlie and the team for all the hospitality, learning and rolls. If you're in the area, I'd recommend stopping in for a great environment and training.
I'm so glad Woody is an awesome instructor. He is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He's amazing with my kids and takes his time to get to know them and how they best respond in training. My husband and I also attended and I love the environment, the knowledge, and the strength I have gained over the last 8 months. Great instructor for kids and adults, always clean inside and out. We love it here!
