AC has been out, thanks to Pacific Powers flash outs, for three days. After dealing with the warranty company with no solutions, we called All Trade. They weren’t going to be able to fit us in for a couple of days, Bailey says, let me see what I can shift around. We call at 9am, Miller showed up around 1. He quickly found the problem, got us up and running in moments, ordered a replacement part and let us know that he will be back out when the part comes in. We have Air Conditioning, thank goodness because my wife is a cardiac patient.
All Trade and their team are tops in my book.

Andrew is a Godsend! He met me at my absolute worst! Our pipe had been clogged for 3 days, and my children and I were on the bucket system. When he showed he was all smiles. I was definetly not myself, was snappy, frustrated and short. Took my frustration out on him. He had every right to turn around and leave, but he saw straight thru to the fear and frustration, and seriously treated it with grace. After a few minutes I was able to breath and appologizing repeadedly, because anyone who knows me knows thats not me. He had me laughing shortly after. Andrew was such a wonderful professional plumber!!! He was fast, efficient, very intelligent and articulate.. He found my leak source within the hour.. I couldn’t be more pleased with his services.. All Trades rocks!!!
