“I’ve been visiting Dr. Thomas ever since I was six years old and had spinal issues. I am twenty three years old at the time of this review, spinal issues have alleviated & now I come here to address minor issues a few times a year.His team of masseuse experts are wonderful and sensitive to your needs. Najib and David especially are very insightful and ask many questions while they are giving me massage to warm me up for the Chiropractic visit. Appointments are pretty timely, the latest I’ve started after a scheduled time was about 10 minutes.The table side manners that Dr. Thomas have feel personal. It feels like he cares for every patient this way. His office has helped me through ankle injuries, scoliosis, injuries that arose from contact sports , and surprisingly, a wrist ligament replacement surgery rehab. Turned what would have been nearly a year of rehab at a much more expensive location into seven and a half months!The exercises that I was given for my hands to increase my finger strength were instrumental in recovering from that operation. Big kudos to Dr. Thomas and the team!! Keep up the great work! ?5/5 (7/5 if I could give that rating!!)Also, they have a great view of the ocean from the front door. ?“

There's water and tea in the back while you wait. There's also chocolates in the front desk Liza is super attentive and great with her massages. She knows where you're tight and needs more attention. They have a membership you can sign up for with extra savings. Great place for my self-care era.“

“I have chronic shoulder pain and get therapeutic massages with Shannon. Recently the pain has been extra bad after missing a few sessions month. I finally made it in this week....she had to work extra hard this session. As expected, my back was really sore the next day and I had a deep sharp nagging pain in my shoulder. I stretched, took an anti-inflammatory and went to bed. I woke up this morning feeling great. No pain in my back or shoulders. Even my "normal" every day chronic aches is gone. It's really a special treat to see beautiful arts hanging on the wall of a local Bamboo Hair + Body. The location is convenient, right off Main Street of down town Half Moon Bay. I love the vibrant colors of her paintings. My photos do not reflect how unbelievable her creativity and her color work of her arts. I highly recommend to come and see her paintings with your own eyes. I appreciate her nature capture in still arts. I feel happy and inspired looking at her beautiful bright colorful paintings. Her creation is unique, special and rare! Her arts, especially those with the hummingbirds inspire me to love, to hope, and to be happy and creative. Her acrylic paintings on canvas, and Fence Chunks from recycled wood, which hang on walls, fences, gates and decks are marvelous! “I started receiving treatments from Viktoriya about 6 years ago for a herniated disc injury from many years earlier. The pain was greatly reduced after the first visit and over time the treatments I received on my low back kept me able to continue my lifestyle. Currently the 22 year old injury is the least pain free it's ever been and I rarely require attention in that area.Over the years Viktoriya worked with me on various other issues and taught me more about how Chinese medicine could be used in healing. The list of therapy that I've received includes: cupping, heat therapy for hand joints, knee surgery post therapy, treating nerve damage, shoulder pain, elbow pain, and knee pain. Aside from the physical benefits I've received from acupuncture, I also received a series of treatments called the 8 Extraordinary Vessels.
