Design Air Heating and Air Conditioning

Ethan and Olga from Design Air were a pleasure to work with on our project. We needed all the wall heaters replaced in our house. Ethan listened to what we needed, quickly gave us several different options at very reasonable prices. After installation, one heater needed a small adjustment and they promptly fixed it. It's nice to work with a local, family owned business with excellent customer service.

I have had a few wall heater issues lately at my rentals and all I can say is this company is the best!!!! Olga and her team are not only great communicators but they do the work on time and as promissed, we had one small glitch with scheduling recently and Olga took care of it right away like a true professional so even when things don't go perfectly they jump in and make things right.

Ethan is as honest as they come. In an industry not known for ethics, it makes me appreciate them even more.

We purchased a home that Ethan's team installed 4 split ACs onto a few years back. We had an issue with one of the ACs and I called Design Air to see if the unit was still under warranty and he said it was. Ethan and his team came out the very next week to fix the unit and even showed me step-by-step how to maintain the unit moving forward. He said it wasn't worth paying him to maintain as the maintenance is easy.

As long as he's willing to make the trip over the hill, I wouldn't consider any other business... read full review
