Front desk named Lori either needs a vacation or to quit. She obviously hates it there and doesnt speak kindly to her coworker either. Other that that, this office is absolutely FANTASTIC, ill put up with a front desk thats short and rude for how amazing of care my fur baby receives ❤️❤️❤️ thanks Dr. Bessett and Dr. Stack-Aguirre for all that you do!

From the initial contact with the front desk staff and the animal technicians we received exceptionally friendly and attentive concern during the entire time of our visit. The Facility is state of the art, spotlessly clean and respectful of the concerns of both the pet owner and the visiting patient.
Dr. Bessett is the jewel of the Facility with her friendly unpretentious demeanor and unrushed approach to gathering pertinent clinical information, formulating a treatment plan and most importantly conveying in detail her assessment and treatment recommendations. Dr. Basset is very good at her work. Her passion for your animals health shows in her attention to detail, and her obvious expertise gave me a very confident outlook on the quality of care that our cat Pearl would receive. I just gotta say that I was totally blown away at how quick and easy her and her assistant wrangled our very, very scary when being examined or touched in any type of way fur baby. Usually, she is sassy, but it is likely she could claw your face off for trying to administer to her a shot or something like that.... in 1 clean motion, they scooped Pearl out of my reluctant girlfriends lap with a towel, wrapping her tight and placing her on the table for... read full review
