David came to replace a check valve on my recirculating pump line. He was on time, got right into it and did a very clean job.
When I called the office, I spoke to Thomas directly. I let him know what the issue was and what I needed replaced. He put me on the calendar and gave me an estimate over the phone that was reasonable.
My buddy who used to service Morgan Hill area who has wonderful reputation (Good 1 Plumbing) referred me to Thomas since he was unavailable. Thomas is Good 1 approved. You can’t go wrong with them.

Called for a water heater leak and they came quickly to replace it and took the old one with them and disposed of it for me. This all happened also on a weekend which was really convenient for me! Very nice and thoughtful workers.

Woke up to a water heater issue in the morning and Thomas plumbing was immediately out that same day. They took their time to make sure everything was in order and walked me through the process of every working part. They even cleaned up the area around my water heater for me as well. Price was definitely fair and better than some other competitors as well. I would definitely call them back for any future plumbing needs.
