Unsafe!!!
Do not get massage from Kuko/Kuckoo - lady who gives massage. Or listen to Steve when he tells you he will assign a good therapist.

I used to come here every week since it opened. Someone called Carl did massage. Before that it was someone else. Every few weeks - every massage person there leaves.

Today I came here for appointment. The owner Steven tells me after booking that There is no Carl. When I get there - They didn’t have a man to do stronger massage. They put someone called Kukoo. She was barely touching my shoulders - so I asked get to do with more pressure. Instead of pressing where my muscles are - she literally pressed my neck - chocking me - I could not talk or breathe. I had to push her away with my hands. If I had not - I would have passed out - she was occluding my arteries. I stopped and got out.

Then she goes on to tell me it’s her first day!!! Why would you have someone with no experience just massage a customer and almost choke them to death!

Then she asks me to pay and to give her tip - I was not even lying down for massage for 2 minutes! She says that’s their policy!

I asked to speak to owner Steven and kukoo told me no he does not talk. She again told me to pay.

I am still feeling nauseous.

Why does Steven not train them ?
Is this the way to treat your loyal customer?
You want someone to pay you for chocking them to death in first 2 minutes of massage?

I used to go there every week. I used to go there even when they did not give recipe. Even when they gave no loyal customer discount.

I will not go any more.

Once a month my wife and I treat ourselves with a massage here. This place is perfect.

I love coming here! Someone is always available, best place I’ve been too. Prices are amazing. I come out feeling refreshed. I’m never going anywhere else. Communication is great. I let them know about a problem area and they help concentrating on that area and/or find the source that could be bothering it.

Good part: foot massage was fantastic. The ladies all seemed nice. Bad: The body massage wasn't very relaxing.. at all :( no flow, jumped around, my face was getting shoved in the face hole. However, I could have spoken up, so that's not entirely his fault. Additionally when I got up, I saw lipstick and saliva hardened in the fabric where my face was. *trying not to think about it*. I told the lady in front and hopefully they pay more attention to cleaning after each customer.

Still a good massage place but last few times it's been so-so. I like deep tissue as I'm fairly muscular and it's been a bit light handed lately. They used to massage hands and feet and walk/kneel on my back but now it's just a standard massage and doesn't really relax as much.

The owner is very arrogant-- as soon as I enter, he does Shush for a normal question and a normal voice. Has no customer care attitude.
