I visited this salon with my husband and I liked everything until it was time to pay. Tommy quite literally demanded a tip for everyone who worked with me and my husband. Please note, I did actually offer a tip but his response was “this for everybody?” ? I’m saying the service is already so expensive, why are you people ‘begging’ for tips, don’t do that! Additionally, my hands and feet were both dry after the service, they did not even offer the complimentary lotion ?. Let people be comfortable to give as they please. My toes hurt for three days. They ground down the sides of my big toenails and they are now splitting and cracking; they also ground down the top of the cuticle of my two big toes so it wouldn't grow back fast. I wished I had read the reviews... I would have never gone here. Their rudeness and pretend niceties after all that mistreatment, left me wanting to demand my money back. But they can have it; it is a waste of my time and emotion. No business ever survived with those ethics.

Do Not go to this nail spa! They ruined my nails. They did a horrible job putting gel on my nails. 7 nails were chipped in 2 days. I went back to have them fixed and they were all chipped again in 2 days. They were also VERY rude! Never been treated so horrible! Awful people!!
