I had an excellent experience with the Pros Plumbing and Rooter. They were professional, on time and knowledgeable. The team promptly and clearly diagnosed the issue before they began the work, and completed the necessary repair work quickly and all a with a level of service that is a reflection of great quality. The pricing was very fair and transitioned with no surprise costs. Another unique benefit to the service that I appreciated is the approach to values to conduct themselves respectfully and, once the job was completed, leave the workspace clean.
Called and Dan came the same day. Kitchen sink plugged. Ran hydro jet through to the street. Noticed a loose faucet and partial caulk missing in sink and fixed both. Very good work, very nice gentleman. I will define use them again. Family member referred me and they sent a referral bonus to him! Recommend 100%!!
Did a thorough job and were very friendly. We felt the price was a little too high based on our income, but went with it due to our need being rather immediate. That’s why the four star rating. Their work was 5 star. Kitchen sink was almost completely clogged and unusable. They came on time, gave a free estimate, and completed the work right then. We were told if we didn’t want the work done the estimate would still be free. Cleanup afterwards was complete. With our permission they poured the material extracted from the pipes down the toilet. They noted the water flow in the 3 inch pipe was good and ran water in the sink to verify all was draining well. One... read full review
