We worked with Phillip and Nick in early 2021 to make a number of upgrades to our house: replace our kitchen (including opening a wall to achieve an open floor plan), upgrade our electrical panel, switch to a tankless water heater, add canned lights, install crown moulding, move to central air from wall heaters, add a gas fireplace, insulate and replace all external doors.The work was excellent. I had the pleasure of working with this father-son team, when they handled an extensive remodel for me. Remodels are tough, especially when someone is living in the home. I was very impressed with how they did modifications, during the work progress, to make sure the disturbance to the family, was as minimal, as possible.There were very few delays. If there was going to be a delay, I was always notified immediately and given a sufficient explanation as to why and it was never more than a day or two delay.
